TENDER DESCRIPTION

PROCUREMENT OBJECT The subject of this framework agreement is leasing services targeted at welfare areas, companies of the welfare areas, and Istekki Oy, which include leasing financing, administrative services intended for the management of financed leased objects, services related to the handling of leased objects returned after the lease period, as well as other separately ordered services delivered to customers. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender documentation and its appendices, particularly Appendix 1 "Subject of Procurement and Requirements". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the contract period once with an option period of a maximum of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement.
