• General Services: Coordination, commissioning, and ensuring the overall function of the systems.
• Piping and Installation: Installation and maintenance of various piping systems including HDPE pipes, stainless steel pipes, and cast iron wastewater pipes, along with associated fittings, valves, and connection components. This also includes items such as wiring boxes, pressure gauges, safety shut-off devices, and self-regulating heating bands.
• Chimney Systems:
• Creating a verifiable static calculation for the chimney system, including any necessary vibration-damping wall connections, to be submitted within 4 weeks of contract award.
• Preparing assembly and installation drawings for all chimney systems, to be provided to the client for permit applications.
• Site setup, maintenance, and clearing specifically for chimney installation, which encompasses storing parts and tools, setting up and dismantling lifting equipment and cranes, travel for installers, and site visits for technical data collection, on-site measurements, and technical clarifications.
• Specific chimney data is provided, such as a height of 31,700 mm, exhaust pipe diameters of 454 mm and 554 mm, and a wall thickness of 2 mm, designed to DIN 13084 with corrosion allowance.
• Testing and Cleaning: Performing leakage testing according to EN 1593, cleaning pipelines, conducting visual inspections, and non-destructive testing.
• System Components: Providing and installing specialized components such as a separation station with DEA, vacuum degassers, sludge separation tanks, dosing systems for oxygen binders and pH-value adjustment, and related canisters and safety trays.
