TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of a modern automated system (hereinafter referred to, for brevity, as the “Device”) for measuring the mechanical properties of metals by the indentation diagram (kinetic indentation method) of equipment. The activities shall be carried out using the kinetic indentation method in accordance with BS EN ISO 14577-1:2015 or equivalent(s). Stages and quantities for performing the works: Stage 1 – Delivery of the Device, in accordance with BS EN ISO 14577-1:2015 or equivalent(s), including one set of spare tools and accessories (spare parts kit); Stage 2 – Performing measurements of the first (5 or 6) EB on the base metal and the metal of the welded joints without taking samples—measuring hardness by Brinell and determining mechanical properties by the kinetic indentation method, on the following equipment of the unit: • third main recirculation pipeline; • CN and connecting pipeline of the CN; • second PG; • upper block, reactor vessel body, support ring of the reactor installation.
