TENDER DESCRIPTION

The investment intention of Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" will be implemented in UPI I-502.614, block 15 according to the plan of PU "Paisii Hilendarski", plot identifier 56784.502.614, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 238-B. The purpose is the construction by new building of a one-story massive building with reinforced concrete structure / reinforced concrete / foundations, columns, beams, slabs and roof curb, brick masonry, flat roof. The building will have service functions, including a room for creative activity (reading room) and a room for hygiene of clothing and shoes (laundry - for washing and drying clothes and shoes). The building in the present project is a V category construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 5, letter “a” of the Spatial Development Act – "residential and mixed-use buildings with low density, villa buildings, buildings and facilities for public service with a gross floor area up to 1000 m² or with a capacity of up to 100 seats for visitors".
