The subject of this public procurement is "Selection of a contractor for the performance of repair and restoration works for the following site: "Agricultural overpass on road I-6 "Sofia – Burgas" at km 381+968". The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor and conclude a contract with them for the performance of repair and restoration works at the Agricultural overpass on road I-6 "Sofia – Burgas" at km 381+968, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and by meeting the agreed deadlines. On the basis of Article 137(1), item 1, letter "a" of the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ), the construction is of First category. On the basis of Article 5(1), item 2 of the Regulations for the procedure for registration and keeping of the Central Professional Register of the Builder, issued by the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, the construction belongs to the second group: constructions of transport infrastructure. 1.
