TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is “Selection of a contractor for design (preparation of a technical design and a PUP design) and construction of the project: “Construction of the South-Eastern and South-Western bypass of the town of Haskovo—from the road junction “Uzundzhovo” at the crossing with road I-8 “Haskovo – Svilengrad” (inclusive) to a new road junction “Bolyarovo” at the crossing with road III-806 “Haskovo – Mineralni Bani” (inclusive)”. In this sense, the purpose of the public procurement is for the Road Infrastructure Agency to award the preparation of an up-to-date, complete and coordinated technical design and a PUP design, as well as the construction of a southern bypass road of the town of Haskovo, consisting of the following sections — the South-Eastern and South-Western bypass of the town of Haskovo, combined into a single project and developed along the route of the option selected by the Road Infrastructure Agency’s Expert Technical and Economic Council at the concept design stage.
