TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation in accordance with the Building Act No 25/2025 and related implementing regulations at the stage “Building Intent” and “Project Design” with the requirements of the “Execution Project”, including arranging engineering activities (binding opinions of utility network administrators, statements, decisions, consents, assessments or other measures of the bodies of state administration, municipalities and other organisations concerned), required to obtain the decision on the building intent and to verify the building project, preparation of documentation for the invitation to tender, performance of the designer’s supervision over the execution of construction works in accordance with the submitted project documentation, by a professionally competent person in accordance with Act No 138/1992 Coll. on authorised architects and authorised construction engineers, as amended, with professional specialisation for the required subject matter of the work throughout the entire period of implementation, and geodetic surveying verified by a professionally competent person in accordance with Section 6 of Act No 215/1995 Coll.,…
