I/45 Nové Heřminovy - Zátor, I. etapa

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the construction is the establishment of Phase I of the relocation of road I/45, which is a first-class road approximately 5.0 km long in category S 11.5/90, connected at both ends to the existing road I/45. The relocation of road I/45 in the section between Nové Heřminovy and the municipality of Zátor is a triggered investment due to the proposed flood protection measures on the Horní Opava River and the Nové Heřminovy Water Structure. The existing road will be interrupted after the implementation of the water structure and will be located in the flood area. For this reason, it is necessary to relocate road I/45 above the flood level of the Nové Heřminovy reservoir; thus, the construction of road I/45 addresses the relocation of the existing road I/45 outside the flood area of the Nové Heřminovy water structure. On the route of the I/45 relocation, a roundabout is proposed in the village of Nové Heřminovy (connecting road III/4581 towards Milotice and local roads) due to crossings, a level crossing with road III/4583 (towards Čaková), a roundabout in Loučky near Zátor (connecting the existing I/45 road and local road), and a roundabout in the village of Zátor…
