TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the project solution is the elimination of traffic defects arising from the location of the affected exposed first-class road in the built-up area of the city of Břeclav, including the adjacent section of road I/40 running through the local part of Poštorná. The technical parameters of the transit sections of these first-class roads do not meet the requirements for safe, smooth, and capacity handling of increasing transit traffic volumes from motorway D2 towards the Czech Republic/Austria state border. To reduce the negative impacts of traffic on the residential environment, it is proposed to route them outside the built-up area, mostly across agriculturally cultivated land.
