TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the project solution is the elimination of traffic defects resulting from the location of the affected exposed first-class road within the built-up area of the city of Břeclav, including the connecting section of road I/40 passing through the local part Poštorná. The technical parameters of the transit sections of these first-class roads do not meet the requirements for safe, smooth, and capacity-capable handling of increasing transit traffic volumes from motorway D2 towards the Czech Republic/Austria state border. To reduce the negative impacts of traffic on the residential environment, their routing outside the built-up area is proposed, mainly across agriculturally cultivated land.
