8. Contractor to deliver the first draft of the Final Reporting 4 weeks after the completion of vessel demobilization.

9. Company to submit comments to the first draft of the Final Reporting 2 weeks after its receipt.

10. Contractor to deliver the Company-approved Final Reporting 8 weeks after the completion of vessel demobilization.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the bi-annual ROV inspection of Ørsted's 24" and 30" offshore gas pipelines, including associated subsea structures, risers, and spools, as well as the 20" oil pipeline. This encompasses all necessary on- and offshore work and includes cleaning for marine growth as required.

Key deliverables and areas of inspection explicitly stated are:

• 30” gas pipeline Tyra East E – Nybro: Inspection of the Valve Assembly Protection Cover (VAPC), Tyra East 30” Riser, and Tyra East 30” Expansion offset spool. A smaller ROV may be required for internal VAPC inspections.
• 24” Gas pipeline Syd Arne – Nybro: Inspection of the Syd Arne 24” tie-in spool and umbilical, Syd Arne pipeline subsea structures (SSIV, WYE, MLIV), Harald A riser caisson, Harald subsea structure SSIV, and Harald A 24” tie-in spool and umbilical.
• Optional Tasks: These include Flooded Member Detection (FMD) on the Harald riser caisson, checking jumper connections to the Harald check valve actuator, and FiGS surveys of various pipelines and structures (24” Harald – WYE, 24” South Arne – Nybro, 30” Tyra East – Nybro, and 20” Gorm E – Kærgård oil pipeline).

All inspections are to be carried out in accordance with Ørsted Inspection Sheets, and additional inspection and minor repair works may be specified in individual campaigns.
