TENDER DESCRIPTION

The focus of the service requirements is ensuring<br />the operation, maintenance, support and<br />continuous further development of existing<br />specialist applications. Under the new framework agreement<br />the currently provided services and contractually regulated<br />services are to be continued seamlessly and/or<br />taken over. In addition, it is to be provided that if required,<br />services for the design, development, extension and integration<br />of new or significantly expanded applications can also be called off.<br /><br />The specialist applications affected include in the field of<br />railway systems in particular crisis management software,<br />Greenlight, TEVIS and SMART. In the field of line management<br />and systems development, this includes among other things iGleis,<br />iOberbau, iOS, Baustelleninfo, DQV as well as various<br />measuring technology applications.
