TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to provide service software maintenance and on-site consultations for IBM SPSS licences for the needs of the National Statistical Institute. The maintenance is for one year and includes the following activities: • delivery of new sub-versions (update) and main versions (upgrade) of the products, the term of the contract on a data carrier; • consultations by telephone regarding maintenance and operation of products - every working day from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.; • an unlimited number of requests for resolving problems (cases) to IBM, if necessary in the event of problem escalation; • the service support is provided through a single entry point (help desk) for all technical problems. Access to the single entry point is provided by telephone, fax and e-mail; • the service support is carried out by certified specialists with a working language - Bulgarian; • the response time is up to two hours after receipt of the request at the single entry point for service.
