TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 - On-board power supply systems / depot feed-in 670 V DC (BSV) The 670 V DC on-board power supply system (BSV) is used for the stationary supply of auxiliary equipment of parked ICE vehicles during maintenance, overhaul and servicing work at ICE Werk Dortmund-Hafen. The system supplies tracks 601 to 604 with galvanically isolated 670 V DC and enables external feed-in of the vehicles’ on-board networks when the overhead line is switched off. The central power supply, control and power electronics are installed in the building section K3 and connected to the take-off points in the workshop hall K1 via power, control and earthing systems. The power supply is taken from the plant’s central 10 kV medium-voltage system. From there, 2 dry-type transformers TRF004 and TRF005 are supplied via separate medium-voltage outgoing feeders. Supply of the BSV is via the feeder bays +K08 and +K09 of the plant’s medium-voltage switchgear. The medium-voltage supply provides feed-in to the BSV as well as the required protection, metering and interlocking functions.
