TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority wishes to conclude a separate contract per organization with one (1) supplier for the purchase of ICT hardware, including associated services. The objective is to provide the contracting authority during the term of the framework agreement with the necessary ICT hardware, including associated services, through one supplier based on the current needs. The contracting authority wishes to contract a supplier who is brand-independent and able to offer a wide range of ICT hardware, peripherals, and supplies (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'ICT hardware'). The contracting authority considers it important that it can "choose" its own ICT hardware based on the requirements laid down in this procurement. This means that the supplier offers multiple ICT hardware products according to the specified functionalities and requirements, and the contracting authority subsequently makes a choice in the ICT hardware product to be purchased.
