The subject of the procurement is the company’s server capacity services and maintenance, the content of which can be structured as follows into service areas and the services included within them: - Data centre, Operations and Capacity Services: - Data centre services supporting capacity services - Virtual server and storage capacity - Capacity management and monitoring services - Backup services for virtual servers - Licences for Windows operating systems - Management of virtualised server operating systems in collaboration with the Contracting Authority, on the Contracting Authority’s premises - Communication services supporting capacity services: - Interconnection between the supplier’s data centres and data centre networks - Connecting the data centre to the Contracting Authority’s Cisco firewall - Establishing a communications connection to the Contracting Authority’s network - Contracting Authority’s 365 environment backup services - Expert services complementing the service areas - Service delivery project and migration of servers The subject of the procurement is described in the request for tenders and its annexes, in particular in the…
