TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Rainbow School municipal consortium maintains the Rainbow School special school, providing pre-primary and basic education for children and young people who require demanding pupil-specific support. The staff of the municipal consortium currently consists of 1 municipal consortium director/principal, 1 administrative secretary, 11 special class teachers, of whom one also works as deputy principal, and a total of 39 teaching assistants/guidance assistants. The municipal consortium of Rainbow School requests an offer for a comprehensive, end-to-end ICT services package. The aim is to transfer the services currently produced and managed by the City of Pieksämäki’s IT management to the responsibility of the new service provider in a managed and secure manner, ensuring continuity of educational operations. The procurement includes detachment from the current environment, implementation/migration to the new environment, ongoing technical ICT services, and a comprehensive end-to-end ICT management and ICT manager service that supports the customer’s operational and tactical activities.
