TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Sateenkaari School municipal federation maintains the Sateenkaari special school, which provides pre-primary and basic education with pupil-specific support for children and young people who need demanding support. The federation’s staff currently consists of 1 federation director/headmaster, 1 administrative secretary, 11 special class teachers, one of whom also works as assistant headmaster, as well as a total of 39 teaching assistants/support staff. The Sateenkaari School municipal federation requests an offer for a comprehensive, end-to-end ICT service package. The aim is to transfer the services currently produced and managed by the City of Pieksämäki’s IT administration to the responsibility of the new service provider in a controlled and secure manner, ensuring continuity of educational operations. The procurement includes disengagement from the current environment, deployment/implementation migration, ongoing technical ICT services, and a comprehensive, end-to-end ICT management and ICT chief/head of ICT services package that supports the customer’s operational and tactical activities.
