TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Sateenkaari school education consortium maintains the Sateenkaari special school, which provides pre-primary and basic education for children and young people who need demanding pupil-specific support. The consortium’s staff currently consists of 1 consortium manager/principal, 1 administrative secretary, 11 special class teachers, one of whom also works as assistant principal, and a total of 39 teaching assistants. The Sateenkaari school education consortium requests an offer for a fully responsible ICT services package. The aim is to transfer, in a controlled and secure manner and while ensuring the continuity of teaching operations, the services currently produced and managed by the City of Pieksämäki’s information management function to the responsibility of the new service provider. The procurement includes separation from the current environment, implementation migration, ongoing technical ICT services, and a fully responsible ICT management and ICT manager service that supports the customer’s operational and tactical activities.
