TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Sateenkaaren school joint authority maintains the Sateenkaari special school, which provides pre-primary and basic education for children and young people who require demanding pupil-specific support. The joint authority’s personnel currently consists of 1 joint authority director/principal, 1 administrative secretary, 11 special class teachers, of whom one also works as assistant principal, as well as a total of 39 classroom assistants/teaching assistants for guidance and support. The Sateenkaaren school joint authority requests an offer for a comprehensive, end-to-end ICT services entity. The aim is to transfer the services currently produced and managed by the City of Pieksämäki’s information management unit to the responsibility of a new service provider in a controlled and secure manner, ensuring the continuity of teaching operations. The procurement includes disengagement from the current environment, implementation migration, ongoing technical ICT services, and a comprehensive, end-to-end ICT management and ICT manager service that supports the customer’s operational and tactical activities.
