TENDER DESCRIPTION

IJsselgemeenten is looking for a contractor for the delivery, implementation and support of ID and document scanners for Civil Registry (Burgerzaken). The assignment consists of a complete solution for checking identity documents and records (acts). The assignment includes, among other things, the required hardware, software, licences, interfaces/integrations, face comparison, checks on authenticity features, fraud support, training, management/administration, maintenance and support. With this solution, the municipalities of Capelle aan den IJssel and Krimpen aan den IJssel want to better support Civil Registry (Burgerzaken) staff in document checks and identity verification. The assignment consists of the delivery, implementation and support of ID scanners and document scanners for Civil Registry (Burgerzaken). Per municipality, it concerns 3 service counters with ID scanners and 1 document scanner in the back office.
