TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of the Integrative Generations Centre consisting of a basement, ground floor and upper floor in solid construction and curtain wall façade. The planned new building, with four interleaved gable roofs, is integrated into the urban planning context in terms of structure and volume. A uniform curtain wall façade visually unites the slightly offset building sections into a single unit. The spatial concept was developed in consultation with the client, the specialist offices involved and the various users. The aim is to create a pleasant, bright and light-filled sense of space. The basement houses all technical and storage rooms. In addition to other sanitary facilities, the entire youth centre including the café, fitness room and recording studio is also located in the basement. On the ground floor, the children’s day nursery is planned with 4 group rooms as well as sanitary and ancillary rooms, the dining room, 3 quiet rooms and additional staff rooms. In addition, the MGH café is located on the ground floor with kitchen, storage and ancillary rooms, office rooms and sanitary facilities.
