TENDER DESCRIPTION

Engineering (design, construction and construction supervision) for the construction of a new site: Innovative Thermal Park and the archaeological campus Akve Kalide in Plot (UPI) II, quarter 11, Land Parcel (PI) with identifier No 07079.701.90 under the Cadastre and Cadastral Map (КККР) for the town of Burgas. The construction of a new innovative Thermal Park and the Archaeological Campus "AKVE KALIDE" is envisaged, bringing together, in a functionally integrated but not necessarily physically connected complex / a single ensemble composition, the individual buildings and components and their potential for educational and research activities, residence, public services, business and recreation in a suitable natural environment.
