TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is "Appointment of a contractor for the preparation of a technical project and construction of the facility: "Permanent stabilization of republican road II-58 "(Konush-Chernoochene) – Komuniga" at km 4+350, Kardzhali region". The objective of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor for the preparation of the Technical project, exercising author's supervision during construction, and carrying out construction and installation works (CIW) (engineering) on the facility related to the permanent stabilization of republican road II-58 "(Konush-Chernoochene) – Komuniga" at km 4+350, and to conclude a contract for its execution, with a view to preparing a legally compliant Technical project that will serve for execution of quality construction of the facility, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and compliance with agreed deadlines. On the basis of Art. 137, para. 1, item 1, letter "a" of the Territorial Development Act (TDA), the construction is of the first category.
