The subject of this procedure is: “Construction of a Municipal Market in UPI II-Market, plot 71A as per the plan of the town of Strecha.” For the object, a Building Permit has been issued No 13 of 04.03.2025 by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Strecha, supplemented by Order No 4/03.07.2026. Category of the object: the object is the first group, fifth category in accordance with Article 137 of the Spatial Development of the Republic of Bulgaria Act (ЗУТ).
