TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the control elements of the technological equipment in the pressure chamber of the VS Ružín I facility, aimed at increasing the operational reliability of safety and the service life of shut-off fittings operating under extremely stressed hydraulic conditions. The reconstruction includes: • replacement of 6 pcs of sliding (knife) valves DN400 - PN6 in the pressure chamber, • replacement of 1 pc of sliding (knife) valve DN400 - PN6 in the pump chamber, with each valve to be supplied as a complete functional unit including: • a steel support, • an electric motor with a gearbox removable without disturbing the mounting of the support, • a support fixed to the floor of the engine room, • an extension spindle with bearing mounting, • a sealing system for the spindle opening, • a flange intermediate piece for adjusting the working length of the pipeline.
