TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the bridge ev.č. 503-004 over the Elbe River, which is located within the built-up area of the town of Nymburk in the Central Bohemian Region. Remediation of the bridge’s load-bearing structure will be carried out, including modification of its static model. The bridge is a protected technical monument — the reconstruction, including partial replacement of the bridge equipment, will be carried out under the supervision of employees of the monument care authorities of the National Heritage Institute (NPÚ). The scope of the work is specified in detail in the attached tender documents. The contracting authority has arranged for Geotechnical monitoring of the adjacent surroundings and buildings, which will be active until the time of commissioning (acceptance) of the structure and for several weeks after its completion. The contractor will relocate most of the utility networks from the bridge to an underground collector. Construction of the collector under the Elbe River is an underground work forming part of the assignment.
