TENDER DESCRIPTION

According to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the selected contractor shall carry out construction supervision for the respective parts during the execution of construction and installation works for lot No. 1: Selection of a contractor for exercising construction supervision during the implementation of construction and installation works of the project: "Renovation of playground /area for wide public use/ in UPI I in block 195 according to the plan of Pomorie town, property 57491.504.66 according to the cadastral map of Pomorie town, Pomorie municipality". Exercising construction supervision: the contractor is responsible for the activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated in Articles 166 and 168 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), as well as those arising from Article 178 of the SDA, and other applicable provisions of the current legislation.
