TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the supply of one unit of a truck in accordance with Act No 360/2022 Coll., on support for low-emission vehicles through the award of public contracts and public services in passenger transport, as amended (hereinafter “Act No 360/2022 Coll.”), consisting of a chassis and a municipal body, including an automatic tipping device and a static weighbridge (hereinafter “municipal body”), intended for refuse collection (hereinafter the entire set is also only referred to as “goods” or “vehicle”), including all required and mandatory equipment, and the provision of complete service for the supplied unit, i.e. the municipal body of the vehicle including an automatic tipping device and a static weighbridge and the chassis for the agreed warranty period. In addition, the scope of performance includes providing all services related to maintaining the provided warranty for the entire subject of performance, primarily at the place of delivery of the vehicle; exceptionally, it may be agreed to provide warranty service for the chassis at the location of the nearest authorised service centre.
