The purpose of this public procurement is to appoint a contractor to carry out the investigation and design works and construction (engineering) for the above-mentioned site, and in this regard to conclude a contract for its implementation, with a view to preparing legally compliant design documentation necessary for permitting and carrying out the construction, and to carry out high-quality construction of the site in accordance with regulatory requirements and while complying with the agreed deadlines.
