1) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the procedure specified in the order of Article 139(1) of the PZP Act, the so-called “reverse procedure”. 5) The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority does not permit submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7(15) of the PZP Act.
