TENDER DESCRIPTION

Periodic delivery of medicines for the needs of the Municipality of Varna and the secondary budget authorities, in accordance with a list by types of items and estimated quantities stated in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. The delivered medicines must: •        Meet the requirements of the Medicines in Human Medicine Act (ЗЛПХМ) and hold a valid marketing authorisation for use in the country, issued in accordance with the procedure under the Medicines in Human Medicine Act (ЗЛПХМ); •        Have a shelf life of at least two years after the delivery date. In the event that some medicines have a shelf life shorter than two years, then the same must have a remaining shelf life of not less than 80%, calculated from the moment of delivery; •        Have labelling (batch number, manufacturing date, manufacturer, shelf life and others). The packaging of the pharmaceutical products must meet the requirements of the Medicines in Human Medicine Act (ЗЛПХМ); •        Be delivered during the contracting authority’s working hours and accepted by its representative after checking the conformity of the delivered types and quantities, indicated in the delivery order letter.
