TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sub-package 1 covers the maintenance of the illuminated ski track at Kuivaniemi station in accordance with maintenance category 2. The contract includes winter maintenance preparatory works, preparation of the track base, making and maintenance of the ski track, inspections of the route and its equipment, and other maintenance tasks in accordance with the task cards. Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the contract programme, the task cards and the other tender request documents. The exact scope and quantities for the site are shown in the map appendix and the price offer form. The tenderer shall include in the tender price for the sub-package all costs arising from performing the works required in the contract documents.
