TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 covers the maintenance of the illuminated ski trail at Kuivaniemi station in accordance with maintenance category 2. The contract includes preparatory works for winter maintenance, preparing the trail base, construction and maintenance of the ski trail, inspections of the route and its equipment, and other maintenance tasks in accordance with the task cards. Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the contract programme, the task cards and other tender request documents. The more detailed scope and quantities of the site are shown in the map appendix and the price tender form. The tenderer shall include in the contract price for the part all costs arising from carrying out the works required in the contract documents.
