TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Ii will tender the transport for the service transport (Iikka) operations associated with its own activities according to criteria separately specified in the tender documents. The transports must be carried out on different routes five days per week (Mon–Fri). During the summer season, transport must be carried out three days per week (Tue–Thu). The tender is aimed at concluding a contract (procurement transport contract) with the tenderer that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender for providing service transport in the City of Ii (Iikka service transport). The contract will cover the period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2028 and, possibly, two consecutive option years, for which separate decisions are made (each separately) on 1.1.2029 -31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 -1.12.2.2030. The timetable for the transport is attached to the request for tenders. The timetable is indicative. The routes are run on the basis of invitations/calls so that customers are picked up, if necessary, from their home. The routes are shaped according to the departing passengers.
