TENDER DESCRIPTION

Round-the-clock assisted living refers to housing services pursuant to Section 21 c of the Social Welfare Act in a unit where staff trained in social and health care are present around the clock. Round-the-clock assisted living is arranged for persons whose need for care and supervision is continuous and long-term. Round-the-clock assisted living includes care and supervision independent of time of day according to the client’s needs, activities that maintain and promote functional capacity, meal, laundry, hygiene and cleaning services, and services that promote participation and social interaction. Additionally, it must be ensured that the person has access to the required medical rehabilitation and other health care services.
