TENDER DESCRIPTION

Enhanced service housing for older persons means accommodation services in accordance with Section 21 of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014), provided in service homes or accommodation units where personnel are present around the clock. The service provider must have a permit from the Regional State Administrative Agency (Aluehallintovirasto) or Valvira for the operation. The service that is the subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 (service description) to the request to participate. The detailed objectives set by the contracting authority for the procurement are: 1. Promoting freedom of choice for the client 2. Developing the quality of the service to correspond to clients’ needs 3. Supporting a multi-provider model 4. Enabling flexible market entry for new companies 5.
