TENDER DESCRIPTION

Enhanced sheltered housing for older persons means accommodation services in accordance with Section 21 of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014), which are arranged in service houses or in accommodation units where staff are present around the clock. The service provider must have a licence granted by the Regional State Administrative Agency (Aluehallintovirasto) or Valvira for its operations. The service that is the subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Attachment 1 (service description) to the request to participate. The detailed objectives set by the contracting authority for the procurement are: 1. Promoting the freedom of choice of the client 2. Developing the quality of the service to correspond to customer needs 3. Supporting the multi-provider model 4. Enabling flexible market entry for new companies 5.
