TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Technical and Environmental Services Division of the City of Hyvinkää requests your offer, in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices, for the procurement of Window Repairs and Glazing Works 2027-2029 (2029-2031). The contracting authority is the Premises Centre of the Technical and Environmental Services Division of the City of Hyvinkää. The procurement covers the acquisition of window repair works, glazing works, emergency-type window repair, and window film application works needed by the City of Hyvinkää for the needs of its various service divisions, municipal enterprises, and associations. The supplier must have a 24-hour on-call service in operation. The supplier must have continuous readiness to receive orders. The contract period is two (2) years + option (1+1) years and begins at the earliest on 16.1.2027. The contracting authority decides on the taking into use of any option years, and the contract period ends no later than 15.1.2031 without separate termination.
