Collection for the purpose of removal, sorting, and, if necessary, cutting into transportable sizes, loading and handover for (pre)processing of waste illegally abandoned by unknown persons on open railway track managed by MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. within and/or adjacent to the area of the Budapest Rail Regional Directorate, as well as on properties. The contracting authority cannot provide quantitative data of the waste to be removed, since, due to the subject of the public procurement (illegally abandoned waste), the quantities of the waste cannot be specified in advance. The total framework amount of this part: net HUF 200,000,000, on the condition that the contracting authority undertakes a 70% call-off obligation.
