continued from point II.1): The procured restroom shall have the following equipment and service functions: - Central control electronics with a control function to monitor operation; - Water pressure sensing (if not adequate, prohibition of use); - Mains voltage sensing (if not adequate, prohibition of use); - Built-in SMS sending module to transmit error messages; - Electronic coin acceptor with electronics that fixes inserted money irreversibly and a liquid crystal receipt/revenue display in the service area; - Provision of card payment option with an internet connection; - For the user (on the external wall), a coloured, graphical multifunctional LCD monitor, as well as LED lighting functions indicating the restroom occupancy and other operating statuses; - Door-opening pushbutton for free use (events); - Limiting night use (service-area closure, morning automatic start) via SMS switching; - Uninterruptible power supply with battery; - Indoor lighting; - Service-area lighting; - Guest-area emergency lighting from an uninterruptible power supply; - Outdoor dusk-switch-controlled lighting; - Built-in underfloor heating with thermostat-based control; - Automatic ventilation; -…
