TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns ventilation filters for the supply and exhaust air ventilation units of the City of Mikkeli’s properties. The procurement also includes product support provided to the contracting authority with its ordering system, an initial survey, as well as an annual property tour and expert services such as particulate measurements and training of the contracting authority’s personnel. The properties are located in Mikkeli, Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristiina, and Suomenniemi. During the term of the contract, the contracting authority purchases the products on the basis of the then-current actual needs and quantities, but in a contract-specific manner in accordance with the properties’ maintenance programme. The estimated procurement value of the filters is approximately EUR 140,000/year (VAT 0%). Delivery locations and their quantities, as well as the number of deliveries, may change during the term of the contract, for example due to the properties of the well-being services county or other similar changes in the city’s property administration.
