TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns ventilation filters for the supply and exhaust air ventilation units of the City of Mikkeli’s properties. The procurement also includes product support to be provided to the contracting authority with its order systems, an initial survey, and annual property walk-throughs and expert services such as particle measurements and training for the contracting authority’s personnel. The properties are located in Mikkeli, Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristiina and Suomenniemi. During the term of the contract, the contracting authority purchases the products on the basis of the actual needs and quantities at each time, however in a site-specific manner in accordance with the properties’ maintenance programme. The estimated procurement value for the filters is approximately EUR 140,000 per year (VAT 0%). The delivery locations and the number of such locations, as well as the number of deliveries, may change during the term of the contract, for example in connection with the properties of the Wellbeing Services area or other corresponding changes in the city’s management of the property.
