TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is preventive maintenance and maintenance work for ventilation systems for the Pirkanmaa Welfare Region (Pirha). The procurement will be carried out as a framework arrangement. Two (2) contracting parties will be selected for the framework arrangement. The main work sites of the contract currently include the following sites under the maintenance responsibility of Pirha’s Property Services responsibility area: - Tays Central Hospital - Coxa Oy - Tays Heart Centre Oy In addition to the main sites, Pirha’s Property Services responsibility area is currently responsible for maintaining: - Tays Pitkäniemi - Tays Sastamala - Tays Valkeakoski The contract also includes the possibility of ordering work for other sites that may later fall under Pirha’s Property Services responsibility area for maintenance, under the terms of the contract. The ventilation systems at Tays Central Hospital may be inspected before submitting the tender on 1.10.2026 at 12:00.
