TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is preventive maintenance and maintenance works for ventilation systems for the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county (Pirha). The procurement will be carried out as a framework agreement. Two (2) contracting parties will be selected for the framework agreement. The main work sites under the contract at present are the following sites for which responsibility for maintenance lies within Pirha’s Property Services responsibility area: - Tays Central Hospital - Coxa Oy - Tays Heart Centre Oy In addition to the main sites, responsibility for maintenance within Pirha’s Property Services responsibility area currently covers: - Tays Pitkäniemi - Tays Sastamala - Tays Valkeakoski The contract also includes the possibility to commission work for other sites that may later fall under the responsibility for maintenance within Pirha’s Property Services responsibility area, on terms in accordance with the contract. The ventilation systems of Tays Central Hospital may be inspected before submitting the tender on 1.10.2026 at 12:00.
