TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the filters of all ventilation units under a framework arrangement, which relate to the premises, buildings and properties owned by or under maintenance responsibility of Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (KLOY), Helsinki City Transport Services (HKL), Länsimetro Oy (Länsimetro), Ruskeasuo Depot Real Estate Oy, Sammalvuori Metro Depot Oy (SMV), RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy (KAVA) and Helsinki Public Transport Infrastructure Oy (hereinafter jointly the Contracting Authority). Each Contracting Authority makes its own independent procurement decision and signs its own procurement contracts with the Suppliers selected on the basis of the tender competition. For clarification, it is stated that Kaupunkiliikenne represents all Contracting Authorities in matters related to the performance of the services in accordance with the contract. The framework arrangement does not include any obligation to purchase a specified or minimum quantity and it does not grant the supplier exclusive rights to produce the ventilation filters that are the subject of the procurement for the Contracting Authority.
