TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement to set out the conditions and the procedure for the conclusion of individual contracts for the production and delivery of solo and articulated line buses with mild-hybrid drive. The offered vehicles are to be geared towards high operational reliability and, over the intended service life, the most simple and economical maintenance and repair/servicing possible. The framework agreement does not create any acceptance and performance obligations. The specific services to be provided are specified by the contracting authority within the scope of individual contracts and follow the requirements of the contractual components of this framework agreement and the tender documents. The contracting authority currently intends to conclude individual contracts for the delivery of a total of 15 vehicles during the five-year term of the framework agreement. In principle, it is planned to order three vehicles per contract year.
