TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the award of a framework agreement to define the conditions and the procedure for the conclusion of individual contracts for the manufacture and supply of solo and articulated line buses with a mild hybrid drive. The offered vehicles are intended to be geared towards high operational reliability and, for the intended service life, the simplest and most cost-effective maintenance and servicing possible. The framework agreement does not create any obligations to accept deliveries or to provide services. The specific services to be provided are specified by the contracting authority in the context of individual contracts and follow the requirements of the contract components of this framework agreement and the tender documents. It is currently intended by the contracting authority to conclude individual contracts for the delivery of a total of 15 vehicles during the five-year term of the framework agreement.
