TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the construction of a sports complex with a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The near-complete redevelopment of the Ilot Kennedy, which occupies a plot of 21,000 m² in Lyon 8th arrondissement, is a major project of the 2021-2026 term. After demolition of the school group buildings built in the 1960s, it is planned to: - build a new school group of 18 classes - construct the Workshops of Dance (Ateliers de la Danse) - build a new sports complex including a gymnasium, a swimming pool and an outdoor omnisport ground enabling the practice of cycling - requalify/upgrade the Square Varichon. The project must align with the City of Lyon’s new climate commitments by the year 2030 and target achieving an Energy Carbon performance level close to E3C2.
