TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the construction of a sports complex with a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The near-complete redevelopment of the Kennedy block, which occupies a plot of 21,000 m² in Lyon 8th arrondissement, constitutes a major project within the 2021-2026 mandate. After demolition of the school group buildings built in the 1960s, the following is planned: - a new school group of 18 classes - the construction of the Dance Workshops - a new sports complex including a gymnasium, a swimming pool, and an outdoor omnisport area enabling cycling to be practised - the redevelopment of Square Varichon. The project must align with the City of Lyon’s new climate commitments for the horizon 2030 and aim to achieve an Energy-Carbon performance level close to E3C2.
